Responsibilities

  • Log and track support requests in a ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients during the troubleshooting process, providing timely updates and solutions
  • Assist clients with system updates, software installations, and configurations for optimal performance
  • Provide training on best practices for using products and services effectively; maintain internal documentation to improve troubleshooting efficiency
  • Identify and escalate complex issues that require advanced support to higher-level technical teams
  • Offer feedback and suggestions for process improvements based on client interactions

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a technical support role
  • Strong background in customer service and client interaction
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in technology or customer service preferred
