The Technical Writer/Editor II will play a crucial role in developing and revising comprehensive documentation necessary for validation activities. This position requires writing clear and concise work procedures and guidance documents related to validated applications, as well as engaging with the Documentation team for routing and releasing validation documents. The ideal candidate will evaluate existing content to identify improvements, assist in executing validation plans, and transform complex information into easily understandable documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and revise comprehensive documentation for validation activities
  • Write and edit new and existing content in collaboration with the Biostatistics team
  • Gather information from subject matter experts to develop validation plans and reports
  • Route and obtain approvals for required documents within the document repository
  • Execute required test scripts within each validation and gather objective evidence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical communication or related field
  • Attention to detail and clarity of expression leading to error-free documentation
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
