Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is \(60,000 to \)90,000 per year, with a generous compensation plan based on industry standards and experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform cell site commissioning and integration, including acceptance testing and equipment layout.
• Troubleshoot alarms and perform performance analysis.
• Collaborate with deployment teams and engineering leads.
• Conduct installations, commissioning, and integration of telecom systems.
• Maintain compliance with processes and report on equipment disposition.

Qualifications

• Must be based in the USA with a valid driver’s license.
• High School diploma or equivalent related experience.
• 2 years of experience working with AT&T.
• Preferred certifications: Nokia Level 0 and Level 1, TMO Academy.
• 2 or more years of experience with 5G, 4G/LTE, CDMA, and/or UMTS integration.

Education Requirements

• Associates Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or a related field (preferred).

• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in RAN Engineering for 5G/4G (LTE)/UMTS/GSM.
• Experience with Nokia systems and troubleshooting tools.
