Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for the Telecom Field Integration C&I Tech II position is \(60,000 to \)90,000 per year, with a generous compensation plan based on industry standards and your experience.

• Strong technical knowledge in telecom integration and commissioning

Responsibilities

• Perform cell site commissioning and integration
• Conduct acceptance testing and parameter definition for cell sites
• Troubleshoot alarms and complete performance analysis
• Collaborate with deployment teams, engineering leads, and management
• Ensure compliance with technical processes and methods
• Support lab/pilot/FOA planning and testing of new hardware and software
• Complete and deliver daily reports and site completion documentation

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent related experience
• Associates Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or related field (preferred)
• Driver’s License and work authorization required
• 2 years of experience working with AT&T
• Familiarity with Nokia certification levels (preferred)
• 4+ years of work experience in RAN Engineering for 5G/4G

Education Requirements

• High School diploma required
• Associates Degree in a related field preferred

Education Requirements Credential Category

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with AT&T
• 4+ years of work experience in RAN Engineering for 5G/4G
