Compensation and Benefits

Responsibilities

• Work with project managers, technical managers, and project analysts to load and track service orders.
• Track project completion documentation and support teams with various tasks.
• Prepare process and status reports, assign document numbers, and review documents for accuracy.
• Manage the technical customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Schedule and coordinate all aspects of the project work plan.
• Review deliverables prepared by the team before passing them to clients.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and monitor procurement of materials.
• Document obstacles and delays, seeking workarounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Advanced degree without experience or equivalent work experience is acceptable.
• Must be based in the USA and have work authorization.
