Responsibilities

  • Supervise a work crew consisting of 2-3 members
  • Plan efficient and effective work orders on a daily and weekly basis
  • Identify, communicate, and troubleshoot problems on the job site
  • Execute quality work and maintain a positive professional image

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in utility construction/telephone cable placement as a manager/foreman/HDD operator
  • Willingness to travel Monday to Friday throughout the state (Primarily Northeastern WI) and be home on weekends
  • An insurance-acceptable driver’s license; Class A CDL preferred or able to obtain
  • Previous training in utility safety standards

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Relevant certifications in utility construction or related fields are a plus.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in utility construction or telephone cable placement.
