In this fully remote role, you’ll provide compassionate and effective mental health services to clients aged 6 and older. This position is ideal for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) who is excited to deliver quality care through the convenience of telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide Telehealth Counseling: Offer individual and/or family therapy sessions via a secure telehealth platform.
• Develop Personalized Treatment Plans: Conduct assessments to understand clients’ needs and create tailored treatment plans.
• Engage with Clients: Build therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional standards.
• Complete Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
• Collaborate and Coordinate: Work with other professionals and community resources.
• Stay Informed: Participate in training and supervision for best practices.
• Ensure Compliance: Follow applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
• Active license in Louisiana as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Experience working with clients of all ages, especially children and adolescents
