Skills

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
• Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in the state of Louisiana
• Experience working with diverse client populations, including children and adolescents
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for meaningful therapeutic connections via telehealth
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy through individual and/or family therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms
• Assess clients’ mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans
• Build strong therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional boundaries
• Complete treatment plans, progress notes, and documentation in a timely manner
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and community agencies for comprehensive client support
• Stay informed of industry best practices and participate in ongoing training
• Meet all licensing and credentialing requirements within 30-45 days of accepting the role
• Adhere to legal, ethical, and professional guidelines to ensure confidentiality and quality of care

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
• Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in the state of Louisiana
• Experience with diverse client populations, including children and adolescents
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative remote team
