Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and/or family therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform, ensuring personalized and high-quality care.
• Evaluate client needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and conduct reassessments as necessary.
• Build strong therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional and ethical boundaries.
• Complete treatment plans, progress notes, and other required paperwork promptly to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, community resources, and agencies to support client needs.
• Stay informed about industry trends, evidence-based practices, and continuing education opportunities.
• Complete required paperwork for state licensure and credentialing in Louisiana within 30-45 days of hire.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and state laws governing telehealth and mental health services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in the state of Louisiana.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a clinical setting.
