Skills

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Current and valid license in Louisiana as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Experience working with diverse client populations, including children and adolescents
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective telehealth interactions
• Ability to thrive in a remote, independent, and collaborative team environment
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms for counseling services

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and/or family therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough client assessments
• Build strong client relationships while maintaining professional boundaries
• Maintain accurate documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for holistic care
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
• Complete necessary licensing and credentialing paperwork within 30-45 days
• Uphold ethical and legal standards related to mental health practice

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
• Current and valid license in the state of Louisiana as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
