• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and effective mental health services, including intakes, therapy, and counseling
• Analyze clients’ psychological and psychosocial needs to understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors
• Collaborate with a supportive treatment team to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and discharge summaries
• Create a safe and therapeutic online environment for all clients
• Facilitate engaging therapeutic groups addressing specific treatment needs
• Offer valuable observational feedback within a multidisciplinary team setting
• Maintain all required certifications and licenses

Qualifications

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license
• Independent practice licensure
• 1-3 years of experience since obtaining your unrestricted license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
