Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive pay: \(41 - \)45 an hour (with potential to earn more based on performance).

Skills

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure.
• Preference for clinicians licensed in California.
• Professional licensure must enable independent practice (provisional licenses are ineligible).
• 1-3 years of experience since obtaining an unrestricted license.
• Comfort and proficiency with technology.
• Strong communication skills.
• Established and updated CAQH profile (strongly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes, therapy, and counseling sessions.
• Analyze psychological/psychosocial aspects of individual interrelationships.
• Act as a treatment team member to coordinate and implement appropriate care.
• Prepare and maintain progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Maintain a therapeutic and safe environment for all patients.
• Lead therapeutic groups addressing specific treatment issues.
• Contribute observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context.
• Maintain all required certifications and licenses.

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills.

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
