Are you a dedicated Nurse Practitioner looking for a flexible telehealth role? We are seeking experienced NPs to provide high-quality virtual urgent care to patients of all ages. This fully remote position offers a flexible schedule with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week, including opportunities for night and weekend shifts (which come with a pay differential!).

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive pay – earn \(56–\)60 per hour, plus a 15% differential for night and weekend shifts.

Skills

• Active NP license in good standing in at least five states (with at least three from AZ, WA, PA, MN, CA, TX, or NY).
• Board-certified as an FNP, AGNP, or ACNP by the ANCC or AANP.
• Tech-savvy and professional – comfortable using telehealth platforms with strong communication skills.
• Compassionate approach with a patient-first mindset.
• Previous telehealth experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual visits via video, phone, and asynchronous communication.
• Diagnose and treat common urgent care conditions, such as seasonal allergies, cold/flu symptoms, and other non-emergency illnesses.
• Provide patient-centered, evidence-based care to a diverse population.

• At least five years of post-graduate independent practice.
• A minimum of two years of independent practice is strongly preferred.
