We’re looking for a passionate and experienced therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will involve providing psychotherapy through telemedicine to medical first responders. We seek a qualified professional who can make a meaningful difference in the lives of healthcare workers, offering support and guidance as they navigate the challenges of their demanding roles.

Compensation and Benefits

• \(55-\)70/hr for LCSW/LICSW/LMFT/LMHC
• $80/hr for PsyD/PhD Psychologists

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to adapt to various communication styles
• Familiarity with telemedicine platforms or online video communication tools
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or IPT
• Experience using clinical tools and assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) to track patient progress and outcomes

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions over telemedicine with medical first responders
• Develop customized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of healthcare professionals
• Keep accurate and timely records of all patient interactions
• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Required: A valid therapist license (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD) in the state of New Jersey
• At least two years of clinical experience, with a focus on individual therapy
• Experience working with healthcare professionals or first responders is highly preferred
• A strong desire to work with a diverse team and learn from others
