Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate telephonic support and conduct clinical intakes
• Connect clients with appropriate resources, such as therapists or counselors
• Offer remote crisis stabilization to clients in need
• Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess situations and ensure a positive client experience
• Educate clients about available resources, eligibility requirements, and services
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all cases within our secure database
• Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology is required
• Experience in clinical assessment in the areas of mental health, chemical dependency, and crisis stabilization
