Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for members, providing outstanding service in person and over the phone
• Rotate between the teller line, reception desk, and member service areas to expand skills
• Handle financial transactions, answer account inquiries, and assist members with banking solutions
• Support daily branch operations and help maintain a positive, team-focused work environment
