Responsibilities

  • Perform termite treatment services following company safety guidelines and standard practices
  • Identify customer termite problems and recommend remedial steps based on knowledge of termite behaviors
  • Communicate critical conditions conducive to termite activity and discuss potential structural modifications
  • Enter and exit structures and crawl spaces, climb stairs and ladders as needed
  • Operate and maintain inspection equipment, small hand tools, and power hammer drills
  • Maintain equipment and vehicle cleanliness and functionality

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience; termite control experience is a plus
  • Flexibility with working hours, including potential Saturdays
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by regulations
  • Must pass pre-employment background screen and drug test
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
