Description

The DIT Enterprise Endpoint Management Operations team is responsible for providing security application and software support for endpoint and server operating systems, as well as enterprise software and applications. This role will primarily support managed and non-managed desktops, laptops, mobile computing devices, and communication devices across DIT campus buildings and optimized agencies statewide.

This position functions as a Tier 3 System Administrator II, providing primary support for Enterprise Endpoint Security tools such as SCCM/MECM, Intune, Antivirus, Tanium, and AGPM, as well as overseeing Infrastructure Configuration Management, Remote Endpoint Management Support, Project Management, and Process and Procedure Documentation.

Skills

• Knowledge of Intel/AMD-based computing equipment (Servers, Desktops)
• Extensive knowledge of MECM (inventory, software distribution, patch management, PowerShell scripting)
• Proficient in Windows OS 10, 11, Windows Server 2016, and Active Directory
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, M365, Office 2016, Visio, Project, SharePoint
• Strong LAN/WAN troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Crowdstrike, Bitlocker & Defender
• Knowledge of Ivanti Admin patch management
• Ability to manage timelines, resources, and personnel

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting and maintaining a MECM/SCCM enterprise environment
• Proficiency in Azure and Intune (MDM, MAM, Apple and Windows 10 devices)
