Description

The DIT Enterprise Endpoint Management Operations team is responsible for providing security application and software support for endpoint and server operating systems, as well as enterprise software and applications. The Operations staff support managed and non-managed desktops, laptops, mobile computing devices, and communication devices across various locations, including DIT campus buildings and optimized agencies distributed statewide.

This position functions as a Tier 3 System Administrator II, providing primary support for Enterprise Endpoint Security tools such as SCCM/MECM, Intune, Antivirus, Tanium, and AGPM. The role also involves Infrastructure Configuration Management, Remote Endpoint Management Support, Project Management, and Process and Procedure Documentation.

Skills

• Knowledge and demonstrable skills with Intel/AMD-based computing equipment (Servers, Desktops)
• Extensive knowledge and skills with MECM (inventory, software distribution, patch management, PowerShell scripting)

• Knowledge of Bitlocker & Defender (anti-malware and encryption)
• Ability to manage timelines and resources effectively

Education Requirements

• Relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
