Responsibilities

• Develop and build a network of candidates through job advertisement websites and forums
• Invite candidates for face-to-face screenings to create profiles for matching with live vacancies
• Provide advice to candidates on salary levels, training requirements, and career opportunities
• Obtain references for candidates
• Assist and advise candidates on CV presentations
• Manage and schedule the entire interview process
• Obtain candidate and client interview feedback and manage all communications
• Ensure our database is kept fully updated on every profile

Qualifications

• An ambitious attitude and eagerness to succeed
• Experience in a target-oriented background is preferred but not required
• Previous recruitment experience is a plus but not mandatory
