Responsibilities

• Plan and lead engaging events, both in-person and online, to enhance learning and collaboration.
• Develop user-friendly training materials, including runbooks, newsletters, and governance documents.
• Create multimedia training content to cater to different learning styles.
• Support technology adoption by providing clear guidance and resources to empower users.
• Utilize data and feedback to assess training effectiveness and continuously improve initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in event planning and facilitation
• 8+ years of writing experience in technical documentation and communication
• 8+ years of video creation and editing experience
• 8+ years of Microsoft 365 expertise
• 8+ years of analysis and trend monitoring experience
• 1+ year of experience with AI tools (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience with whiteboard collaboration tools (preferred)

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Communication, or Information Technology preferred
