As a Training Instructor, you will be responsible for leading both in-person and virtual training sessions, using creative and adaptable methods that cater to a variety of learning styles. You’ll support MITs and Training Managers in applying the best practices in real-world restaurant environments, helping them succeed in their roles and advance their skills. You’ll also play an integral part in creating and updating training materials, assessing learning progress, and tracking success.

Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct and support training programs, including teaching Train-the-Trainer (TTT) classes, following up with MITs, and generating reports on co-worker training progress
• Collaborate with the team to provide support for franchisees and business consultants, including developing group training, recipe guides, instructional videos, and new culinary tests
• Continuously develop and update training content to ensure it’s fresh, relevant, and engaging
• Create and manage operational audits and oversee the administration of training platforms
• Contribute to the creation and facilitation of informative webinars
• Provide assistance during new store openings and ensure smooth transitions

Qualifications

• A minimum of four years in restaurant operations at a high-volume establishment (or equivalent experience)
• Previous experience in restaurant training is a plus
• A Bachelor’s degree in Communication is preferred
• Experience working with franchisees is a plus
