Responsibilities

• Timely dispatch of drivers each morning, ensuring all drivers depart promptly with the correct invoices
• Complete Absentee and Tardy Forms
• Input necessary data into E-Time and Achievement Based Compensation (ABC) pay systems
• Provide driver and customer support via incoming calls
• Maintain accurate records of driver logs and manifest records
• Designate vehicles based on trip requirements and make necessary route adjustments
• Monitor driver activities using communication devices
• Investigate overdue vehicles and confer with customers regarding delivery issues
• Retain records of mileage, fuel used, and other expenses
• Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) is required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred
