Responsibilities

• Ensure all travel plans accommodate dietary needs and other special requirements.
• Provide detailed itineraries and ensure clients are prepared with relevant travel information.
• Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and promotions to provide top-notch advice.
• Assist clients with inquiries and handle any issues that arise during their trips with care and efficiency.
• Foster long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Partner with suppliers to secure competitive deals and reliable service.
• Manage booking records, client communications, and follow-ups.
