The Trial Attorney will manage cases that involve unique legal or procedural issues, focusing on moderate to severe injuries and damages. Responsibilities include preparing pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs, as well as attending hearings, conferences, interviews, trials, or arbitrations. The Trial Attorney may also supervise attorneys assigned to assist with specific cases. Additionally, this role involves consulting with the Claims Department to provide legal opinions regarding insurance policy matters and personal injury claims handling.
