Responsibilities

  • Interact with staff at all levels to provide coordination, planning, and supervision to Foremen
  • Develop and enhance customer relationships through excellent service
  • Anticipate problems and critical issues, finding viable solutions
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions

Qualifications

  • Experience in a supervisory role within the pipeline industry
  • Proven track record of developing customer relationships
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Relevant certifications in construction management or related fields preferred

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pipeline or construction industry
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership position
