We are excited to welcome new members to our Tax Team in our upcoming onboarding class starting in March 2024! We are seeking a Remote US Expat Tax Associate who can collaborate closely with CPAs, guiding clients through their US tax projects from start to finish.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation package for the Remote Expat Tax Associate includes a salary plus bonus model. Base salary will be determined based on your technical, leadership, and client-facing experience. Expected salary ranges are:

• Associate Level 1: \(16,000 - \)33,000
  
• Associate Level 2: \(19,000 - \)48,000
  Regular compensation reviews will occur based on performance, and after the initial probationary period, you will have regular performance assessments to evaluate your progress.

Skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in expat tax preparation
  
• Actively pursuing or holding a US CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent license
  
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  
• Proactive and self-motivated attitude
  
• Willingness to work collaboratively within a team
  
• Ability to adhere to production schedules and timelines
  
• Experience with international forms, including Form 2555, Form 1116, and Form 8833. Familiarity with Form 5471, Form 8865, Form 8858, Form 3520, and Form 8621 is a plus!
