UX Designers / UX Researchers needs 5+ years’ experience and have work samples which demonstrates research process and methods as well as your ability to clearly convey your findings UX Designers / UX Researchers requires: o BS, MS, or PhD in Anthropology, Psychology, Human Factors, Information Science, or similar field o Experience in Oil and Gas or other Engineering/Scientific domain o Worked at Big Enterprise UX Experience Problems (help desk, productivity tools) o Experience leading substantial qualitative and mixed methods research projects. o Understanding of, and interest in, various UX research methodologies including user interviews, work shadows, focus groups, usability tests and more. o Proven work samples which demonstrates your research process and methods as well as your ability to clearly convey your findings o UX Designers / UX Researchers not developers UX Designers / UX Researchers duties: o Develop research strategies that will not only answer known questions but may reveal previously unidentified factors that should be considered. o Design and conduct generative and evaluative research. o Collect, store, and steward qualitative and quantitative data. o Communicate, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders and project teams.
