VCA Midwest Veterinary Referral & Emergency Center in Omaha, NE is searching for a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our fast-growing, AAHA-accredited, multi-doctor specialty and emergency/critical care practice. This key position is crucial to our client service team, reporting to the hospital Client Service Supervisor & Hospital Administrator. The role centers on client communication, record keeping, financial case management, and ensuring that treatment plans are updated alongside providing patient status updates and follow-ups.
