Description

The VP, Associate General Counsel for Employment & Litigation plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality legal advice to the General Counsel, other legal team members, and business partners regarding HR and employment issues. This position supports the operations and growth of our home service plan business and related businesses.

You will provide lead legal support to the People team concerning employment and labor-related matters, which may include employee relations issues, policy development, and compliance with employee benefit plans. Ensuring the company’s compliance with federal, state, and local labor and employment laws is a significant responsibility, covering regulations such as the Fair Labor Standards Act, ADA, OSHA, FMLA, Title VII, and ERISA.
