Description

The VP, Associate General Counsel, Employment & Litigation will provide high-quality legal advice and counsel in a timely manner to the General Counsel, other legal team members, and business partners concerning HR and employment issues related to the operations and growth of our home service plan business and related sectors. This role will also provide lead legal support to the People team on employment and labor-related matters, which may include employee relations, policy development, and compliance with employee benefit plans.
