The VP, Counsel Compliance role is crucial for ensuring that all state licenses are obtained and renewed promptly for the company and its affiliates. This position involves overseeing the filing of periodic mortgage reports with state regulators, as well as tracking and summarizing changes to applicable laws and regulations. You will establish a regular meeting cadence to discuss the impact and implementation of new regulatory requirements with the Operations and Compliance teams.
