Develop and execute strategies that increase sales, profitability, and market share on Amazon
Oversee the management of 1P and Vendor Central operations, including product listings, pricing strategies, inventory management, and promotions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance to align initiatives with broader business goals
Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and support to enhance team effectiveness and foster professional growth
Analyze key performance metrics, sales data, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
Cultivate strong relationships with Amazon account managers and stakeholders to effectively drive initiatives and secure resources
Stay current with Amazon’s policies, algorithms, and best practices to ensure compliance while maximizing visibility and performance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
8+ years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on Amazon sales and account management
Proven success in driving sales growth and profitability within the consumer products industry
6+ years of experience selling on Amazon, including a strong understanding of Amazon’s algorithms, policies, and management of both 1P and Vendor Central operations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
MBA preferred
