Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies that increase sales, profitability, and market share on Amazon
  • Oversee the management of 1P and Vendor Central operations, including product listings, pricing strategies, inventory management, and promotions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance to align initiatives with broader business goals
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and support to enhance team effectiveness and foster professional growth
  • Analyze key performance metrics, sales data, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Amazon account managers and stakeholders to effectively drive initiatives and secure resources
  • Stay current with Amazon’s policies, algorithms, and best practices to ensure compliance while maximizing visibility and performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on Amazon sales and account management
  • Proven success in driving sales growth and profitability within the consumer products industry
  • 6+ years of experience selling on Amazon, including a strong understanding of Amazon’s algorithms, policies, and management of both 1P and Vendor Central operations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • MBA preferred
