Description

The Vice President of Corporate Legal Affairs will report to the EVP of External Affairs, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. As a senior leader within the Legal department, this role is responsible for providing legal advice and counsel to the general and administrative business (G&A) as well as business lines. You will lead various legal functions including government investigations, commercial litigation, legal operations, transactional support for business development (M&A), and corporate governance and securities. The ideal candidate will be an experienced corporate leader and creative legal problem solver, possessing significant management and leadership experience with a robust background in the legal matters and transactions related to the G&A side of a complex public corporation.
