Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and administration of nursing services, ensuring alignment with agency policies.
• Collaborate in the creation of administrative policies to enhance care quality.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in nursing, with at least 2 in a supervisory or administrative role
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (focus on Public Health and/or Administrative Studies preferred)
• Public Health Certification is a plus
