Responsibilities

• Represent the voice of the customer on the executive team and drive alignment across the organization
• Own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Lead, motivate, and grow a world-class team of product managers, designers, and UX/UI specialists
• Foster a collaborative environment across teams to ensure product initiatives meet business objectives and deliver customer satisfaction
• Define the product strategy, value propositions, and competitive positioning
• Lead the development of innovative products and features
• Prioritize and manage product development based on business impact and customer feedback
• Establish and enforce best practices for UX/UI
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and other teams to bring product initiatives from concept to completion
• Identify and execute on opportunities for product and geographic expansion

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS organizations with a revenue of $150M+
• Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership (including CEOs and Boards)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive product development from ideation to launch
• Hands-on experience partnering with engineers to drive product execution

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
