• Proven success leading and scaling product management in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment ($150M+ revenue)
• Expertise in product strategy, customer experience, and design innovation within creative or publishing markets
• Strong knowledge of enterprise software and modern development principles

Responsibilities

• Represent the voice of the customer within the executive team
• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders
• Build and nurture a world-class product team
• Define the value proposition and competitive positioning for each product
• Drive product innovation and oversee large-scale design initiatives
• Conduct hypothesis-driven feature development and create comprehensive product requirements
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the product lifecycle
• Define success metrics and continuously analyze impact and KPIs

Qualifications

• Proven experience with mergers and acquisitions, including integration strategies
• Demonstrated success in launching products and features on time and within budget
• Expertise in transitioning from legacy systems to SaaS platforms

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
