Responsibilities

• Champion the voice of the customer across the executive team, ensuring that user needs and product goals align with business objectives.
• Own the product vision and roadmap, collaborating with C-level staff, board members, and stakeholders to communicate priorities.
• Lead a team of talented product managers, fostering a culture of agility and innovation.
• Work closely with marketing and other teams to define the strategic direction for each product.
• Innovate and drive new product ideas, solutions, and features, using data and customer insights to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring product changes to life.
• Measure the success of new features against KPIs, iterating and optimizing based on consumer insights and competitive analysis.
• Foster a high-performing team culture, ensuring alignment on objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience scaling a product management function within a high-growth, multi-product environment.
• Expertise in managing product strategies, budgets, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, product lifecycle management, and navigating the shift from legacy systems to modern solutions.
• Strong background in working with senior leadership teams, including CEOs and boards.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
