  • Oversee operations of regional managers to achieve financial goals
  • Hire, train, mentor, and develop property management teams
  • Establish and maintain relationships with management teams

  • Guide direct reports on budgeting, expenses, capital improvements, and maintenance
  • Ensure awareness of corporate standards and regulatory compliance among staff

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of successful experience in market rate multifamily property operations
  • Proven career progression to Vice President level
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; CPM preferred
  • Strong understanding of real estate operations and financial performance
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading strong teams
  • Experience in maximizing income in line with company objectives

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • CPM (Certified Property Manager) preferred

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years in multifamily property operations with leadership experience
