Qualifications

  • 15-20 years of experience in hospital operations and revenue cycle management within a large integrated health system
  • Proven track record in managing all facets of revenue cycle operations from patient contact to collection outcomes
  • Experience in aligning organizational core values with operational goals
  • Demonstrated ability in implementing advanced technology solutions and large-scale change initiatives

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Relevant certifications in healthcare or revenue cycle management preferred

Experience Requirements

  • At least 15 years of relevant experience in hospital operations and revenue cycle management
