Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Slot Department, setting goals and monitoring performance
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulatory standards, including National Indian Gaming Commission requirements
• Assess and enhance the layout and functionality of slot machines, implementing modifications as needed
• Analyze key performance data, creating reports to improve operations and profitability
• Mentor and develop team members, maintaining a high standard of customer service
• Collaborate on new marketing initiatives to enhance slot offerings and engage guests
• Promote responsible gaming practices and ensure a clean, safe environment
• Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 10 years of slot experience, including at least 2 years in a director-level or higher role
• Strong background in performance analytics and operational management
• Proven ability to build effective teams and foster guest relationships
