Skills

  • Extensive experience in supply chain management
  • Proven success in supplier management, cost reduction, on-time delivery, and supplier sustainability
  • Strong negotiation skills, especially for large-scale, multi-year contracts
  • Proven ability to lead and scale organizations, both in terms of people and processes
  • Experience with quality management standards or in a regulated industry

Responsibilities

  • Own the silicon product supply chain from start to finish
  • Develop and execute a multi-year supply chain strategy
  • Partner with Sales and Product Management to forecast demand
  • Develop and execute a wafer supply strategy that meets supply and financial objectives
  • Oversee and expand our network of contract manufacturers
  • Achieve the highest levels of quality and customer service
  • Create and execute sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships
  • Efficiently manage manufacturing and logistics operations
  • Develop, report, and continuously improve key performance indicators
  • Own the capital and operational budget required to enable supply
  • Grow and develop the organization to support rapid growth

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, supply chain management, logistics, engineering, or a related field
  • Extensive managerial experience in a global organization
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating large-scale contracts
