Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison with key stakeholders, including municipalities, contractors, and regulatory agencies.

  • Oversee financial planning and performance, ensuring effective cost control, risk management, and client satisfaction.
  • Drive market presence by expanding brand visibility and client engagement.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in transportation construction
  • 10+ years in senior leadership roles managing infrastructure projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Professional engineering (PE) license in civil/structural engineering in California strongly preferred
  • Track record of delivering successful transportation projects

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • 15+ years of experience in transportation construction
