Skills

• Fluent with strong verbal communication skills in both the source and target languages (e.g., Mandarin-to-English, English-to-Mandarin)
• Exceptional customer service aptitude
• Understanding of LEP clients’ cultural beliefs and preferences

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of medical interpreting experience
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and practices
• Demonstrated respect for LEP clients and their needs

Education Requirements

• Relevant certifications or training in interpreting preferred
