Responsibilities

• Connect with individuals who have requested information about supplemental benefits.
• Schedule and conduct Zoom meetings to review available plans.
• Customize new benefit plans and update existing ones based on each client’s unique needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Guide clients through benefit reviews and assist with claims or plan adjustments.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions and concerns about benefits.
• Ensure all client documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and well-organized.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or insurance preferred, but not necessary.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
