The Solar Team is leading the solar industry by providing exceptional solar solutions to homeowners across the nation. As a Solar Sales Representative, you will sell solar solutions virtually in 25 states, including Puerto Rico and Hawaii, educating potential customers about the benefits of solar energy and guiding them through the sales process to realize their energy goals.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive pay starting at \(50 per proposal, increasing to \)100 based on volume
  • An M2 commission of 20% of projected revenue at permitting, with the remainder at install/PTO
  • Some of the highest pay in the solar industry
