As a Solar Sales Representative, you will sell solar solutions virtually in 25 states nationwide, including Puerto Rico and Hawaii. Your primary responsibility will be to educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy and guide them through the sales process to achieve their solar energy goals.

As a Solar Setter, you will set up appointments to be assigned to closers. You can get paid with our “fast pay” program right when the proposal presentation is completed.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive commission structure starting at \(50 per proposal, with the potential to earn up to \)100 per proposal presentation based on volume.
• M2 commission of 20% of the projected revenue at permitting and the remainder at install/PTO.
