Compensation and Benefits

• Some of the highest pay in the industry
• Starting at \(50 per proposal with the potential to earn up to \)100 per proposal presentation based on volume
• M2 commission of 20% of the projected revenue at permitting and the remainder at install/PTO
• Fast pay program available right after proposal presentations are completed
