Skills

• Valid Michigan SPED license
• Strong tech skills and comfort with virtual platforms

Responsibilities

• Design and implement tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide engaging and effective virtual instruction based on students’ individual needs
• Regularly track student progress and collaborate with fellow educators and families to support student success

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of school-based experience (preferred)

Education Requirements

• Valid Michigan SPED license

Education Requirements Credential Category

• State-issued teaching license in Special Education

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in a school-based setting (preferred)
