Skills

  • Professional level skill with InDesign and Illustrator (Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong knowledge of Photoshop
  • Experience in creating executional VM tools and instructional guides
  • Ability to translate product lists into plan-o-grams (space management)

Responsibilities

  • Create in-store marketing (ISM) guides to achieve consistent standards and execution across all stores
  • Setup marketing campaign graphics (ISM) and Plan-o-grams (POGs) for product placement
  • Update brand flow and store facings for all brands in each store design and segmentation
  • Attend and observe weekly creative status calls for familiarity with store formats

Qualifications

  • Experience in visual merchandising for retail licensed brands
  • Proven ability to develop instructional guides and executional tools
  • Strong understanding of space management and plan-o-grams

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or a related field

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in visual merchandising within a retail environment
  • Proven experience in creating and implementing marketing strategies
